FOR MASSAGE CLIENTS

We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment and the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies.

Payment Policy

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please provide at least 24 hour notice, if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. As the treatments you select are reserved for especially for you, and cancellation less than 1 hour in advance, is subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Full charge will be imposed for a “no show” Treatment packages, and memberships are non-refundable, transferable or exchangeable.

Check-In

Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged.

Preparation

If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before the facial treatment. To enjoy the treatments, we request that no jewelry be worn. We do not accept responsibility for the safety of money and valuables that are kept on the premises.

Etiquette

To maintain the peaceful sanctuary of our premises, we request that all visitors keep their conversation level down to a minimum. All cell phones, pagers and electronic devices must be placed on silent or vibration mode. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and open carry hand guns on the premises is prohibited.

Medical Considerations

If you have any medical condition, please consult your physician before you make a reservation for a massage. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, that the massage may be continued.

FOR STUDENTS

Deposit Required

  • $50 deposit required for 1 day and 2 workshop
  • $100 deposit required for any workshop longer than 2 days

Class/Workshop Cancellations Policy

We rely on an accurate attendance count to make any class/workshop happens, if an attendee needs to withdraw from a class/workshop for any reason, they must inform us in writing via email to info@harmonythaimassage.com or text at: 281-685-5091 no later than 2 weeks to the first day of the scheduled class/workshop. Harmony Thai Massage will confirm the receipt of the cancellation within three business days.

  • Class/Workshop registration is transferable to different date or different workshop with the same policy.
  • No refunds will be available for cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop. Please take this into account when you sign up for a workshop.
  • For any cancellations that are made within one week of the date of a workshop, you will only be responsible for your non-refundable deposit.
  • For any cancellations that are made within 5 days of the date of your workshop, you will be responsible for half the cost of the workshop.
  • For any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the date of your workshop, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the workshop.

Harmony Thai Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class/workshop for any reason, including due to inclement weather, paid registrants will be given full refunds or transfer to different class/workshop or reschedule to different date. Rescheduled information will be sent out to you vie-email or text from phone # 281-685-5091.

Inclement Weather Policy

If you have registered for any of our workshop and traveling may be hazardous the day of the workshop, please use your own judgment when deciding to attend. Those who cannot attend a workshop because of inclement weather should contact the instructor and refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.
