Cancellations and Refund

Workshop Cancellations Policy

We rely on an accurate attendance count to make any workshop happens, if an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop for any reason, they must inform us in writing via email at : info@harmonythaimassage.com or text at: 281-685-5091 no later than 2 weeks to the first day of the scheduled workshop. Harmony Thai Massage will confirm the receipt of the cancellation within three business days.

Workshop registration is transferable to different date or different workshop with the same policy and no addition cost.

No refunds will be available for cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop. Please take this into account when you sign up for a workshop.

*For any cancellations that are made within one week of the date of a workshop, you will only be responsible for your non-refundable deposit.

*For any cancellations that are made within 5 days of the date of your workshop, you will be responsible for half the cost of the workshop.

*For any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the date of your workshop, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the workshop.

Harmony Thai Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop for any reason, including due to inclement weather, paid registrants will be given full refunds or transfer to different workshop or reschedule to different date. Rescheduled workshop information will be sent it out to you vie-email or texting from phone # 281-685-5091.

Inclement Weather Policy

If you have registered for any of our workshop and traveling may be hazardous the day of the workshop, please use your own judgment when deciding to attend. Those who cannot attend a workshop because of inclement weather should contact the instructor and refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.

Note:$50 deposit requests for 1 day and 2 workshop, $100 deposit requests for any workshop longer than 2 days.
